We here at Eternal Wishes have standards on literacy - thus these rules are here to make sure those standards are met. Read them well, or face the consequences.
posting, oo1. Be literate. Correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalization - all of that. Yes, we all know that nobody can be perfect, but we don't want a bunch of people roleplaying like this: suzie walkid in and wus liek hai "help," me?.! johnies diin >>>> !?. " ,,, Just... No.
oo2. One hundred words per post. It's not that hard, guys. Yes, we all have our bad days, and we all have writer's block sometimes, but don't make it a habit.
oo3. Do not godmod, powerplay, or the such. Don't know what it is? Google it.
oo4. Roleplay is in third person, past tense. Meaning this is what we want to see:
Emirii walked into the room, a grin playing on her lips. She was flushed, more than likely from embarrassment, as she pointed out the broken computer in the corner, before turning to her friend. "Uhm, Tigahh?" she began, her accent thick on her tongue, "Ah broke the comp'ter."
Not this:
I walk into the room, a grin playing on my lips. I am flushed from embarrassment, and I point out the broken computer in the corner, then I turn to my friend. "Uhm, Tigahh?" I begin, my accent thick on my tongue, "Ah broke the comp'ter."
oo6. Cursing is allowed, in reasonable amounts - don't go overboard! Also, we don't want to see cats doing the wild thing and sexing each other up, m'kay? Use the fade to black method. >_>;
oo7. Your character doesn't know everything you know. End of story.
oo8. Not really a rule, but did you notice I skipped number five? If you did, then read the rules over again, because obviously you were too busy seeing how many rules there were instead of actually reading them!
Next post: Characters.

You may must keep the Vells even, in both cats and genders. oo4. You may update your cats' biographies. And the may not's: oo5. Your character may not be a Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu. Google it if you don't know what it means. To put it simply, however: no cat is perfect. oo6. You may not make wild plots without consulting the admin. oo8. You may not break any of these rules. 8) [/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]
